Exchange & Return Policy

We offer a 5-day exchange or return window, which means you can request an exchange or return within 5 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Criteria

Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Invoice must be provided during pickup.
Used products are not eligible.

Exchanges/Returns Accepted Only If

Product is damaged or wrong item delivered.
Seal is broken at delivery.
Product is expired at delivery.

Process

Once approved, we arrange pickup from the same delivery address.
Pickup date will be informed.
Replacement items are delivered within 3–5 days after return pickup.

Delivery Issues

For any delivery-related problems, please contact us within 48 hours of the order being marked as delivered.

Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation before shipping.
If accepted, a full refund will be issued.
We may cancel orders due to: stock issues, pricing errors, or issues with customer or payment details.

Refund Policy

After the returned item is inspected, we will notify you of approval/rejection.
Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method.
Refunds take 5–7 working days to reflect.
